For a lack of a better definition at this time, my mental image of a &quot;serious blogger&quot; was referring to people that want to design and tailor their own sites, intend on posting frequently with substantive content that requires formatting (tables, lists, images, etc.), and therefore may need more powerful search and content organization solutions down the road as their site size grows.</description>
