The existence of the two different structures cannot be explained from the current Nuclear Physics, in spite of their existence is confirmed by the Raghavan's nuclear data. For another take on how to begin finding the theory, I'd suggest the book <a href="http://www.bauuinstitute.com/Publishing/QuantumBook.html" rel="nofollow">Quantum Ring Theory</a> by Wladimir Guglinski. He discusses the foundations necessary for beginning to formulate such a theory. Very interesting post, the “Theory of Everything” is one of those mythical ideas that may never see the light of day.
