The version of TinyMCE being used by WordPress is 2.0.8. I downloaded the 2.0.8 code from <a href="http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=103281" rel="nofollow">http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=103281</a> Unzip or untar it, extract and use the plugins from that version instead of the ones that Mark included in his ExtendedTinyMCE.zip file. I have not tested all the plugins but it does seem to solve the problem.
